Sotomayor y Terrazas brings the Europe Day through a series of different activities at home. Our aim is to promote the linguistic and cultural diversity of Europe.
- Third and fourth grade have drawn some flags of Europe and have written sentences in different languages. You can see them in the following video:
- Fifth and sixth grade have chosen a country in Europe. First, they have collected information from each country (capital, population, highest mountain...) creating a "fact sheet" and then they have drawn flags using different styles.
- Apart from this, our sixth graders have known about Europe by cooking. They have known traditional European food, how to write a recipe in English and how to cook it too. They have really enjoyed. The winner food is …..“Crepes”!!! as you can see below.
